During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby locations and the included continental breakfast which had a decent variety of choices. The convenience of having a nearby bus stop and a mid-size supermarket in the area added value to my stay.
The surrounding area was not the most welcoming and lacked charm. the rooms and the building showed signs of wear and tear, though they were kept clean.

I choose this hotel because of its location near to the university of Tor Vergata. It was my intention to walk to the Uni, this was not possible however, because of the main roads to be crossed. Fortunately there happened to be a hotel shuttle which was quite convenient.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is far but they have free shuttle service to the metro station Anagnina. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the city center. Also bus 46 has a station next to the hotel and runs till midnight.
The internet was not working.

Excellent location near hospital, bus stop, and metro. Great communication with front desk, even in foreign language. Hotel transportation is excellent. Staff is joyful, helpful, and accommodating. Quiet and comfortable rooms with good internet connection. Nice garden and quiet neighborhood.
Nothing, all great.

The breakfast is delicious and varied! Best part of the stay! Free parking for hotel customers and the room is air conditioned!
The fact that it is localised a bit far from the city but the driver will bring you to the closest metro. On your way back you will have to take the bus!

Price & Customer Service (not breakfast). We arrived late at the hotel, and they drove us to another of their restaurants in a hotel shuttle and brought us back at midnight! It was amazing food as well - but the owner Gabriel was an amazingly hospitable guy.
Yes, breakfast is a bit moderate with no hot food. Further, the waitresses were rude.

We had a great stay. Best aspects were the friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, fast internet, and the convenient location near transportation. Breakfast was good too.
Everything was fantastic.

The whole "hotel" looks like a worn youth hostel with furnitures and design nearly broke down. The metro station is not operational yet (it's been built for more than 3 years now) but the hotel advertises it like it's only 10 minutes away. They've even tried to charge me for 25 eur for their "city transfer" which we never used! It's the same breakfast each and every day and the stuff doesn't speak in English. I don't recommend this hostel to anyone

Hotel staff was very helpful and went out of there way to assist, room was clean and breakfast was decent..the hotel provides a shuttle in the mornings to the train station which allows easy access to the sights...they also provided a car to take us to a restaurant owned by the same owner.. the food was excellent..
the only drawback i had was coming back to the hotel from the city you have to catch the bus from the metro train station.. that really wasnt bad except the first time we couldnt locate the bus which was the last bus way at the end.. once we figured it out though it was very easy to get back to the hotel..

This hotel is in a reasonable location. It's close to a metro station and with one change to the 51 bus, you can go all the way to the coliseum. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as free wifi and a television. the continental breakfast has adequate choices for the price.
The hotel is situated in an area that may not be very safe, and there are no footpaths nearby for pedestrians.

Clearly this used to be quite a smart hotel. Clean, with sky TV in the rooms and a good breakfast. Somewhat basic and location somewhat out of the way if you don't have a car, but for 40euros it's value for money.

Nothing special to like here. Fine place to stay, bed&breakfast, sleep and go, fine breakfast, free parking! good TV
far away from metro station, rare bus transportation, no free internet

This hotel is excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that your needs are taken care of. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of air-conditioning. The breakfast, while not extravagant, provides a decent selection to start your day.
Everything was great at this hotel.

Helpful staff, low price with Internet discount (around 25% saved). Far from the city, suitable for University and hospital visitors.
The hotel is not a true three star, maybe a "two and half star": my relatives had to change room for two times, first because of a noisy group of students in school trip, then because of non-operating heating. Bathroom clean, small and damaged shower, strange smell in one room. Breakfast with basic-quality stuff. Good only if you want to save money.
